Kerala, with its tranquil stretches of backwaters, long shore line, lovely beaches and pleasant climate is heavenly compared to the scorching heat of Ahmedabad in summer. This year, it played host to 'Optimise' – QXFA’s leadership summit.
The QX Finance & Accounts Outsourcing (QXFA) team works hard every day to deliver accurate and timely F&A and payroll services to our clients. The team has seen tremendous growth over the past few years and continues to expand at a rapid pace. The long weekend in May provided a great opportunity for the QXFA leadership team to enjoy a working break, take stock of what we have achieved so far, and consider what we plan to accomplish in the coming year.
The key focus of the summit was on optimising the various processes we have set up for delivering reliable and value-added services to our clients. Our Managing Director, Rajiv Bhatia kicked off the meetings as the keynote speaker, followed by Mahesh Jain (Director – QXFA) and Ravi Kurani (Director – Business Development, QX). This was followed by talks conducted by various QXFA leaders. The key topics of discussion included:
- Implementing and benefiting from automation and other software innovations in accounting and payroll
- Providing our accountants and payroll specialists with more opportunities for career growth and personal development at work
- Optimising and broadening our training capabilities, combining in-house training and training in reputed external institutes
- Charting a path for future expansion, while deepening our relationships with existing clients
But it was not all work and no play. The team had ample time to take in the sights and enjoy what Kerala had to offer. From boating and elephant rides to relaxing and soaking in the beauty at Mattupetty Dam in Munnar and the spice gardens of Thekkady, QXFA leaders didn’t miss out on any of the fun. Here are some of the moments we captured on the camera:
