We are less than 4 weeks from the Student Housing Conference and Exposition organized by the National Multifamily Housing Council. QX is attending the event for the first time, and we are looking forward to speaking with student housing owners, investors and managers.
The NMHC Student Housing Conference is a premier gathering of the movers and shakers in the student housing sector. The 700+ participants to the event will include owners, developers, investors, lenders, brokers, suppliers and university partners. The event serves as a platform for the key players in the industry to interact with each other, share up-to-date industry information and build new business relationships. This is the 15th year for the event, and it will take place at the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel and Marina in Tampa, Florida from 25-27 September.
Our Executive Chairman, Chris Robinson will be there for the event, along with Senior Vice President – Global Business Development, Ravi Kurani, and Vice President – US Operations, Hardik Shah. In addition to participating in the 3-day event, we are also exhibiting, and we would love to see you there.
So don’t forget to visit QX Finance & Accounts at booth #602 and say hello. If you would like to schedule a meeting or a call, please write to email@example.com.
We serve approximately 15% of the entire UK market for privately owned student accommodation, covering 50,000 beds across 180 sites. Leveraging our services, student housing owners and managers have been able to reduce the cost of accounting by 50%. But the cost savings are just a small part of what we do: it is our ability to partner with our clients to streamline the accounting process and deliver accurate and meaningful financial reporting that makes us such a valuable supplier to the sector. We are now taking our finance and accounting services over to the US student housing market and are confident that businesses in the US will benefit from what we have to offer.
If you are interested in the event but haven’t registered, please check out the details on the National Multifamily Housing Council website to get the full details of the event, including the program schedule.
